Help-Anniversary Manor and Enchanched Anniversary Manor

I do a download of Anniversary Manor and Enchanched Anniversary Manor, and I double clic the Tra folder but it didn't work.More Later I put everting of the game in Trle Folder but it didn't work again.

Somesone Help me please.
