death of Hannelore prolem

I have a problem with the death of Hannelore mission in Hitman 2. I get the suit of a guard in order to get in but once i'm in a chance it for a cult membersuit. Then i get the key and the poison and i change into a patientsuit. Then i start to go over to hannelore but there is a warning that the guards are looking for a suspicious guard (probably because the guard I knocked out woke up). I think I'm not in trouble because I'm dressed as a patient but the guards all seem to flock to me and start shooting me ( and patients if they get in the way). This also happens if i'm dressed as a guard of a cultmember.

any ideas on how to fix this?
