Save game transfer between pc's

Hi

I was playing K&L on holiday on my laptop but now that I am home I would like to continue playing it but on my PC.

I tried to transfer the files from the C:\Documents and Settings.....\Application Data\Kaneandlynch folder to the same folder on the PC but that made no difference.

Is this even possible with this game? Or do I need to start again on the PC or continue playing on the laptop?
