Opening port

I have read your instruction on how to open a port. But there is an error whenever I add services to the network. Here's the error

The Internet Gateway did not accept your changes.

If the problem persists, you must change Internet Gateway directly, usually by using the Web Interface for the gateway.

Can you help me on this. I have tried changing all the necessary things that are needed, but still i haven't open the port yet.
