Ranked Matches Problems

Hey I'm playing the PC version and I have a BIG problem ...

When I'm playing ranked matches everytime at the end it says FAILED TO REPORT STATISTICS and i must disconnect from the server

PS. My statistics aren't saved and my rank is allways the same

WTF is going on??

PLEASE HELP ME
