Lynch Gamerpic

I currently have the Kane gamerpic for beating the campaign and choosing the "Damned if you Don't" Achievement.

I have also beat the game in Co-op as Lynch, and thought you unlocked the Lynch gamerpic for that, but I don't have it.

Do you have to beat it on co-op on a certain difficulty, I beat it in Solo on Morphine, but beat it in co-op on Aspirin. Or is there something else I have to do to get it?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
