Problems With Connecting Online

Hi, Im having problems with the game because everytime on my PS2 when im trying to log in or play, it says somebody is already logged but nobody is.I have tried logging in about 4 times but it won't work, can you help and maybe fix the problem online so that I can play.

Also there are still people cheatin so you may need to fix that too.
