Default DXIW - changing language - problems with making a translation

Hi, I'm from Prague (Czech Republic) and I'm trying to translate DXIW, because I think, that DXIW is a great game (and I think, that DX1 is the best game ever). Some parts are going to be OK (notes, goals), but I've got a problem with interviews. Goals and notes are saved in .con files, and can be easily translated by "overwriting". But in interviews (saved in folder \content\conversation) are saved in some strange format - if u open it in notepad, its looking like this:

L e t m e i n t r o d u c e m y s e l f . L e i l a N a s s i f , d i r e c t o r ,...

If you change any word, any letter in this file, the interview in the game will not be started. I think that the problem is not in this file, I think, that this file is just something like "output," and real conversations for translate are somewhere else.

Does anybody can help me? Many my friends and other people like this game, but they not understand english.

Thank you,
Strudl.
