Is this what it is supposed to look like?

So this is what next-gen is supposed to look like? if so, since CompUSA wont let me return the game, where can i send this game back to and get refunded for the $43.11? (not willing to pay shipping, need to be out of your pocket).

*if there is a fix please let me know and i will go with that instead.
