moving Deus ex IW to a diffrent Hard drive

I had to move Deus EX IW to a diffrent Hard drive, I pointed the short cut to were it is now, but I get an error when trying to launch it. "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk4\DR7"
This error leads me to beleave windows still thinks it's on the old Hard drive, but other then redirecting the short cut, I don't know what else to change.
