That's nice of him to make a forum where you can ask him questions.

You say his other site is shut down. I didn't see any artwork here, so is he planning on hosting his art there at some point?

Would be a shame if he permanantly took all of that cool art down.

I've just asked Daniel if he would be okay with us archiving the LoK images he doesn't want to keep at the wiki, so that they aren't lost forever. I don't have all of them saved, but hopefully he can provide copies if he thinks it's a good idea. Sadly they weren't preserved in Google's cache, or the Wayback Machine.

I'm also in the process of collecting the text comments which accompanied the images. Unless someone requests otherwise, I'm only doing this for the LoK material, so if there are any resident Tomb Raider archivists around, they should act fast.

The answer looks positive. Most fortunately. Personally I'm still sad with all of the Kory Heinzen's artwork that disappeared from the net.

Interesting revelations...
If anyone hasn't looked already at the 'Ask Daniel Cabuco a Legacy of Kain related Question' forum on his website, I suggest you do so...It's bearing some very interesting fruit at the moment.

I like it how almost every post on that forum is related to LoK. Mr Cabuco may want to rename it and put all other sections to off-topic section .

And Ritual actually wanted to put Raziel in DP (which would be an extremely irresponsible thing to do). Now I'm actually more scared for any future games, when there is no one left at CD to prevent it.

I agree with you there (although come on, it's the first time we've had a chance to do a LoK-related Q&A in eight years ).

Even if I had no enthusiasm for LoK, I'd personally still love Dan's art style and maintain high interest in it (especially the abstract clan symbols and his most recent portraits). I would like to ask him more about his technique and process to balance out the storm of Kain questions, but I can barely draw stick figures so the advice would be lost on me.

uuuuuuuuuuuuh, so should we be clicking on the rest of his site so he thinks talking to us has been good advertising or something? I wonder if he could make actual LOK wallpaper patterns for our houses.
