Square Enix member card not recieved

Hello, I bought the game just a little over 6 months ago and i just noticed that i was supposed to get a registration card from the game to register on squareenix members site but i never got one i bought it new i even came with pre order dlc inside the box, do only certain copies get them? Or only certain regions get them? I'm really ticked off right now
