Mods Wont work

ok, i had a couple mods installed in my pc version of just cause 2. i had to make a dropzone folder and put mods in that folder. i had jc2 on steam, mods worked perfectly. than i re-installed steam to my secondary hard drive and then i installed just cause 2 into the custom location where steam was. now i make a new dropzone folder and mods dont work! i have a black market mod installed, but it uses a diferent folder and it works. only the mods that use the dropzone folder dont work anymore. i checked everything, no new update, i didnt misspell dropzone. plz help!
