Official Just Cause 3 wishlist / ideas thread

How about when you're implimenting a Military Towing/Rescue vehicle(URGA-9380), could you please give it some frickin' torque? Cause those things are that weak in reality, right? It's like Scorpio doesn't know how to shift gears....... Also, I want more percise control of where I put my grapple/and or allow to use the towing hook/winch on the said vehicle, thanks!

Okay, if possible, make this game for current gen consoles and pc but I think my list is my ideal for next gen consoles and high end pc's. So, I think you should implement everything this guy said at http://www.gamesradar.com/just-cause...on/.....better graphics using one of the top game engines....steal all of the best features from each of these games and implement them into yours: UNCHARTED 3 + BATTLEFIELD 3 + JUST CAUSE 2 + MIRRORS EDGE + WATCH DOGS + THE LAST OF US + GTA + CRYSIS + FAR CRY 3 = JUST CAUSE 3/the best action game ever. N thas it!

Ok, so. A couple things.
1. JC2 is probably one of the most fun open world games I’ve ever played. But please just let me play the campaign straight through. Don’t make me play one campaign mission, then have to spend like 20 mins by causing chaos so I can play the next mission. Let me play the faction missions when I feel like blowing things up.
2. Add more customizeable stuff. Let me customize my character to suit me. At least make skin pack DLC’s. Or make some kind of shop to let you customize anything from your clothes to planes and helicopters. Even boats.
3. Add different kinds of vehicles. I understand that you had over 100 vehicles, but so many of those cars were so similar. And why was there a police car, police motercycle, police helicopter,fire truck, but no ambulance? It’s not a big deal, but it doesn’t make much sense to me. I also would like a variety in air vehicles. I mean, I loved the F-33 DLC, But you should have given a plane that could take off and land in water! That would be very fun.
4. ADD MULTIPLAYER. not lobbies and stuff, but co op! That makes ANY free roam game instantly 100x better. Especially in this game! Imagine. One person flying a helicopter. The teammate is in a military base. You come in there with your apache, help him kill everything, then the ground person grapples onto the helicopter and you fly outta there with him! That’s endless fun! Please more than just 2 people co op though. But max 4.

5. There should be a new way to upgrade weapons and vehicles. Instead of finding boxes scattered over panau, you have to BUY upgrades with money. And You should visit mechanics (where you can also customize your vehicles) and buy upgrades for vehicles. And visit an armory to upgrade your weapons.
6. There should be more environmental interactions. Like whenever you would destroy a huge broadcast tower, it wouldn’t do much. When it falls, I want to see it destroy things like cars and gas tanks and stuff. maybe it’s just me though. But add traps! Like when a group of enemies walk in a group, program the SAM turrets to shoot at the governments apache, not yours. Or be able to hack sentry guns somehow.
7. I’d like to see a new way to melee. Instead of just whipping your grappling hook around. Maybe a big machette would suit Rico? If he stays in the 3rd? I’m not saying make it more gory, but maybe add different melee weapons too! And be able to upgrade them! Like a baseball bat, nightstick, even a bug zapper to electrocute them? That would be insane! I think you should also be able to upgrade your grappling hook.

That’s all the ideas I have for now. I cannot wait for this game! And thanks for reading if you did! Please comment!!!

Hello everyone.
I'm new on this forum but i'm almost a JC2 veteran I have played almost 400 hours only this game! It's awesome!! I have about 10 game saves and one of them is 99.10% completed and no mods/ hacks used. I play on Ps3.

Cause I have seen almost everything in this game here is my list of ideas/wishes to the next Just Cause: (Long text but worth to read)

Map
Map could be much bigger than Panau island. The map could be real or fictionary country,no island! It's like if you cross the border you get killed automatically. Or why not two countries and the main story could focus to the war between these two or something like that...
The map could include two major cities(or more), countryside,rich areas, poor areas, mountains, desert, forest and open sea just like in JC2.

Other traffic
More realisim to traffic: no scooters on highway, cars would drive bit faster and all of the roads wouldn't be in good condition. In airports planes should take of and land and even harbours could be interactive. More civilians to cities and more parked cars.

Black Market
You could choose multiple items before bying them. And more items like helth packs, parachutes etc...

Vehicles
I'd like to see these vehicles in JC3:
-submarines with torpedos
-more civilian cars
-police cars
-ambulances
-more jets with lock-on missiles and free fall bombs
-more planes
-big cargo planes for delivering some stuff
-tanks with catepillars
-trains and/or a subway

Better physics to cars(no giant jumps when you crash) and you can die if the crash is hard enough.

Gameplay

Heat system:
-Level 1
Police patrol cars and scooters. Enemies can have pistols/revolvers
-Level 2
Faster police cars and motorcycles. Submachine guns,pistols, revolvers
-Level 3
Fast police cars and light military transportation. Heavy police with shotguns,rifles, explosives
-Level 4
Military vehicles and mounted guns. Helicopers with miniguns. All other guns in use
-Level 5
Tanks,armored vehicles,helicopters,jets and airstrikes(this is bad)


Possibility to go in steath. U can use silencers and knives to get inside bases(only at night).
If you steal police or military vehicle enemies won't immediately spot you.

When you are cruising around there should be polices and when heat rices, military steps in. You can speeding tickets

You should get chaos points if you kill cops/soldiers.

Places
Holiday resort with a golf course,ski resort,airports,skycrapers,railway stations,football field.. all you can imagine!!

Weapons

More rifles,different types of pistols,LMG:s etc... and better reloading animations and sounds!

Missions/Story
Deeper story,much more and longer missions

Other

Better plane controls. Better soundworld. And keep this game funny.
More epic music,stunts and freedom!!

They should add much better physics. The driving sucked cause you couldn't turn while going fast without wiping out. I also think they should make the ragdoll physics better like GTA 4. When you hit people with your car they should get blood on your car and fly like ragdolls. The people were like paper when you hit them in Just Cause 2.

They should definitely add some kind of place to keep your vehicles and please add customization, and not just barebones customization. I mean like change the color of your car and stuff. Also add some way to repair your vehicle. I hate ditching my fast cars cause they start smoking.

You should also add more cool locations. I mean everywhere you went in Just Cause 2 it was the same looking people, doing the same thing, acting the same way, driving the same speed. I mean add some variety. The only place where people acted different was at that race track place. Maybe add stuff like a football field like the guy above me said and stuff like that where people are actually playing. It would be so cool to interrupt their game or whatever they're doing by skydiving in and causing chaos. Also I hate how whenever someone died, there body would vanish 5 seconds later. You shouldn't make them do that. Even if they're dead, it's still fun to drag around their bodies on the back of your car. And how come every civilian is a wuss. Whenever you take their car, they run away and scream. Make some of them try and fight you back. Lastly, when your in a plane or jet, when the wing hits something, the whole thing shouldn't explode. The wing should just break and then it makes it nearly impossible to control the plane and then when you hit the ground it explodes.

Things you should definitely add
Multiplayer (Just like single player free roam, you don't need game modes or anything like that)
More Variety of Vehicles (Like people said, trains you can control, submarines, more really fast cars, planes you can land on water, etc.)
CHEATS (I really think you should add these. It makes GTA and Saints Row games SOOO much better, so it will make this game so much better. Maybe take away the black market and just use cheats to get weapons and vehicles. Also add crazy things like flying and zombie mode and stuff like that as cheats.)
Grapple that breaks only when you want it to.
Customization for Rico and vehicles. (change his clothes and appearance)
Bring back air propulsion gun (I love that thing)
Be able to shoot while in a car

Oh and one last thing. They should probably make a new main character. Rico is old as crap. I'm not saying get rid of Rico completely. Make him give the new guy intel on the missions.

I have been having an issue of misplacing my helicopter at night when playing JC2 on XBOX 360.

This is my idea: a colored flare you could light up and place anywhere you wanted. It could be bought in the Blackmarket and be used like a high explosive charge (i.e. thrown). That way, i could throw a flare next to my heli or car, and at night or during the day, it would make a bright light (such as red) with a pillowing smoke too. Alternativatly, it could be a light becon of some sort that flashes a bright light.

In my original thread, another guy suggested another use of it, use the colored flare to call in airstrikes on a position.

I think both could be very useful, but there would have to be seperate flares for each use.

Mmm... You know what I'd like? A way to customize my vehicles with some kind of 007 AI that would allow me to call them anywhere. No need for flares then.
Extra points if I can give it a sexy female voice or Liam O'Brien's, lol.

I like that thing about the autopilot. The buying and that too, I suppose they can add that kind fo stuff next time seeing as people demand them and games like gta or saints row are all for it.
I'd like to be able to actually conquer the map in JC, meaning you can buy and use stuff from where you conquer and a constant source of income gets better over time. That would eb a nice reason to conquer and to actually use the black market. It was lame that money just stopped flowing in JC2 with those crazy prices.

I noticed with Blackmarket Extractions, you can only travel to a town or a military base.

I think it would be awesome if you could be extracted to any place on the map. I just found an awesome site with a free, infinite rocket launcher and its kinda far from a town. It would be great if you could choose (with the yellow rectile) any specific map point.

Seems like an easy addition, as it doesnt change too much about the game.

I agree with a lot of the ideas that I've read on here, but I really hope the developers don't make the mistake other games make about making things more "realistic".

I for one have only come to this game because of the Playstation Plus giveaway and have played nothing else since downloading it. The "unrealistic" bits, like being able to break your fall by grappling towards the ground are the bits I love. I don't want realism from a game like this, I want to be an Arnie-type superhero who takes 500 bullets to put down and can grapple from one helicopter to another in mid-air.

In short, co-op multiplayer (two can blow up so much than one), more varied missions, better black market system, safe house for your stuff - yes.

Realism - no thanks.

Making the game more realistic I think would take away from much of the fun of the game. I agree with a lot of the suggestions. Subs with torpedoes would be killer. Other things on my list would be...

Hi new to the forums,

I put Just Cause 2 in my ps3 about 5 months ago. It hasn't come out since. Not because its stuck, but because its possibly the best game ive ever played in my life, no it is the best game. I loved reading through all these wishes for the next Just Cause 3, but to me theres only one thing this game really needs and I don't know if its been said but a WINGSUIT!!!! just the ability to buy a wingsuit and actually beable to fly the mountains like you see in those vids online where real people do it. Would this be an easy thing to create for Downloadable Content. Its all I need, just one wingsuit and I'll shout my mouth for the rest of my life. Thanks guys!
