Load a game from a custom point

Hi everyone, nice morning/day/evening/whatever to you.

I've been trying to get all DX:HR achievements in a single playthrough (except some special achievements like The Fall), unfortunately I've run into the famous "The Last Strow" bug: I've talked to Taggart, I've convinced him, I've got his achievement, but Sandoval is hostile. Is there any way to load the game from my second visit to Detroit? I take everything: save games, console commands, etc. Thanks.
