Default Deus Ex Human Revolution DLC - Missing Link and Graphics card

Hi,

I recently got Deus Ex Human revolution and the missing link DLC. Main game runs just fine, but after finishing the main game and getting in to the DLC, I cant seem to get the game to use my normal graphics card to run the DLC, I use a notebook and it has got 2 graphics cards, one intel and one Nvidia GT555M, the main game auto detected my 555M, but the dlc can't seem to do the same, and will only let me run the dlc with my intel card, which makes the game just undesirable. I had a look around and found it's not just me with the problem, and i cant seem to find a fix for it any where.

Baffles me that the normal game runs fine (and still does) but the DLC only detects the onboard intel graphics.

Edit: I run 64bit win7 and my graphic cards are all up to date on drivers.

Your notebook probably relies on specific profiles in the driver that will tell it to use the graphics card. Probably using Nvidia Optimus. It apparently has a profile for DX:HR, but not for The Missing Link.

We can't help you with the details unfortunately, but configuring Optimus manually to use the Nvidia card for The Missing Link should solve the problem.

How about actually fixing the game?
