Crashing in Windows 8

I just bought Deux Ex: Human Revolution and after all the initial parts of the game at Sarif Industries I'm finaly able to enter the actual open area of Detroit but any time that I try to the game crashes as it loads. I've tries running the game in DirectX 9, reinstalled all my drivers and lowered all the graphics. I need some help since I would love to play the game and I was really getting into it.

Processor: AMD FX-4100 at 3.6Ghz
Graphics: GTX 560Ti
RAM: 4GB at 1333Mhz
OS: Windows 8 Release Preview 64-bit
