Amazon PC USA release date mistake? EIDOS please confirm.

Hi Eidos Team,

I've contacted Amazon USA twice regarding their PC download version of Hitman Absolution. Link here: http://www.amazon.com/Square-Enix-41...man+absolution

They have continued to tell me that it is not a mistake, they are not releasing their PC download version until Dec 31, 2012!??! Considering that Amazon is a huge distributor, can you please explain to me why Amazon is releasing the PC download version a full month and 11 days after release date?

And why all the other competitors have the PC version releasing on Nov 20th? Has the release date changed for PC?

That all sounds very strange. Dec. 31st is typically a placeholder date but we announced that the game will be available for all 3 platforms on November 20 and that hasn't changed.

I'll ask the right people to check in with Amazon.

Why don't you just pre-order the game from a different store. Such as Steam, that has it down for Nov, 20, 2012
