Ugh...
killing humans in game = nah no problem
attempted rape moment in game = omg what the hell.. no way.. sldhfiudhifh
my thoughts as well. well, the men could offer her marriage, that also would be so "realistic".

surely sick of it but its still a mistake from CD to say this kind of stuff.
say what ever you want, but to me its still an attempted rape moment. touching her ass, kissing her neck.... its obvious what was on his mind. i still dont have a problem with this scene as we see in the trailer. i still think they could have found a different way to make lara kill someone.
I don't know if it's just me but I think the guy was talking to her ear and not kissing her neck. I think in the trailer it seams that he's kissing her neck but in the gameplay video that shows that scene in its entirety he is actually saying something to her ear.

Unfortunately that gameplay portion was only shown behind closed doors and the video that was available of it on youtube was set to private.

^ Yeah, and he wasn't touching her ass, he was sliding his hand down her arm and her ribs were the last thing his hand touched when she kicked him...

^ Yeah, in fact, her hands weren't even tied, she was simply standing with them behind her back to show how respectful she is to the kind man who saved her from the dangerous fire...

^ Ah, I see, the engine has difficulty properly rendering animated objects that are near each other.

It was a good idea making the game M rated, more gore and Tomb-Raider(y) things can be added to this game now. Just like the website. Anybody can play or access the website, really. But now Tomb Raider can become a lot more enjoyable.

Sorry if this is old. I haven't been here for a while. I voted I couldn't care less. It's Tomb Raider and that's all the matters. I just hope people aren't hoping this will turn into a porn game or something.

^ heh, quite the opposite, I think. Many people have voiced their concerns that new Lara sounds like a porn star

True, you will always have some pervs who would actually wish for this. You know, the kind of guys who always try to view Lara or any other female game character from an......hmm........."interesting angle". But they are greatly outnumbered by TR fans who do not have sex on their brain 24/7

Members under 18 should be banned from this section as Tomb Raider Facebook did so. And we should use the 'F' word officially cause that is in the game, even Lara will swear.

But CrystalD isn't going to erase the word from the game, like when that Russian guy said "Don't you *** move" to Lara Croft.

Default hmmm, having difficulty separating a fictional game and real life?

You heard the man, it's not gonna happen.

That is the game and this is the forum.

I didn't see anywhere that Lara will curse. We do see the bad guys do. Most times in R-rated movies, or mature-rated games, even if others are cursing, the protagonist doesn't .. or not as much. This is, however, getting more and more not the norm as it very much seem more and more games these days are going full-on curse-heavy. (For instance, Isaac Clarke went from silent, with the occasional grunt in pain, to swearing every other word in the sequel, as did the rest of the game when in the first Dead Space, there was barely any cursing).

But, until I see her specifically drop any f-bombs, I'm going to reason that she'll not resort to it. Maybe I'm wrong and missed it confirmed already in an interview, or something...

This is what I said time and again. The M rating applies not just to Lara, but the antagonists as well. And now they can be depicted with a great deal more authenticity, and no longer sugar coated by being confined within demographic labels.

The Ambassador of the TRF, domina, said that Lara drops the F-bomb when she's trying to get some kind of door mechanism to work. I'll quote her later.

Let's hope so. If swearing is the only thing that's ultimately added in to give this a 'Mature' rating, well... Not what I'd hoped.

Beavis & Butthead are not my idea of 'Mature'...

lol, would be a switch to hear lara swear for a change.
who doesnt swear every now and then if something is not working or not going as planed? we all drop the S word at least once in that moment. if you are more fouled mouthed then the F word will be dropped.

but if lara would be dropping constantly bad words like we see in gangster movies ala pulp fiction, then i will find it a bit weird. if the scavengers like to swear them selfs to death, i dont have a problem with this.

so go ahead lara, drop some S and F words every now and then. works for me.
