Failed to Initialize Direct3d with current settings

Is anyone else having this problem? I've got a brand-spanking-new gaming computer, all the parts being an upgrade from my previous one, all drivers up-to-date. I've tried to launch Deus Ex on default settings, and on the lowest settings, and I'm still not getting jack . Posting system below:
