Not sure if i posted before but Legacy of Kain all the way.
For me Thief & Tomb Raider are tied & Dues Ex close behind.
I hate having to pick cause those 4 are all greatb games & it depends on my mood & what style i want to play.
They all have a baseball diamond to play in & great base runner characters.

but LoK needs all the support it can get, since all 3 of the above already have new games coming.

I think it actually speaks VOLUMES that, of the top three up there in votes, the Legacy of Kain series is the only one that has not had a new game in almost 10 years. And yet, it's in second place behind Dues Ex, which just had a new game come out, and is in front, somehow by a large margin, of Tomb Raider, which you'd think would outscoring all else by leaps and bounds around here.

It's a testament to the loyalty of the LoK fanbase and to the quality of the games

In my opinion there is so much untapped potential. Not only do you have an awesome story for a backbone with two compelling main characters (Kain and Raziel, of course), but there is also so much potential to the fictional world of Nosgoth. You could have other characters stories and spin-offs that are set in the same world. There's a lot of lore there that could easily be expanded on (it's a shame there isn't an ongoing comic line or movie adaptation).

Legacy of Kain is a wonderful game, both in terms of story and gameplay, especially SR/2, and it's real shame The Dark Prophecy was never finished. Still, due to many childhood memories, I voted for Tomb Raider

Thief definitely!!!! Although I like Tomb Raider as well.

I admit I was surprised by Dues EX being #1...I would of thought Tomb Raider or Thief would be up there.

There's a fine line in the world of fiction and few who understand it. Fiction, when watered down with make believe is more of fantasy. Fantasy worshipers are often not at all in reality. So in order for fiction to BE fiction you must still BE in reality.

If you took the mechanics of all of these series' and rolled a big FAT one, that would be the best! You know, are you praising one title or degrading the rest?
