Maps gone wrong?

I have only 2 challenges left, both in arkham mansion, one is to destroy the final 3 joker teeth and the other is to find a chronicle of arkham. However my map only has one question mark on it marking the location of a riddler trophy I have already found. Has something gone wrong or am I missing something here? Please don't reveal anything beyond this point but if the map could be corrected if it was wrong that would be excellent.

if it is where i am thinking i have to back to the game to double check
but go up the staires and look up there is a ledge up above and there is a chronicle of arkham way up there
but i am not 100% sure it is in the spot where you are
