Default New patch completely destroyed my game performance

I only used to get micro-stuttering here and there before the patch today, was still very much playable, now after the new patch my game is literally completely unplayable, framerates dropping as low as 30fps (cant even reach 60Fps now. With the kind of hardware i have, not being able to hold steady 60Fps is completely unacceptable) with heavy stuttering in every turn, every direction. Im pretty pissed about this, anyone have any idea how to fix this or having the same problem?

My specs
i72600k @ 4.5Ghz
8GB G.Skill Ripjaws x Series DDR3-2133MHz
3x GTX580's in Sli (EVGA Sc's, stock clocks)
Drivers: 301.42 WHQL
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

But yeah your new patch broke my game.
If any dev answers this though, do not tell me its an SLI issue, i have tried playing the game with single GPU, still same problem.
Do not tell me its overclocking issue, i already have tried playing the game in default clocks, still same thing.
Do not tell me its because i have HT enabled, i already tried On and Off.

Fact is, before this new patch my game was very playable, steady 60Fps with some stuttering here and there, stuttering that didn't really drop my framerate at all, but point is the game was perfectly playable. Now after this new patch my performance is !!!

Devs, in here?

Check the ususal things to do in shuch a case:
In case it's due to some error in the patching process, let Steam verify the game files.
Make sure any uncommom custom changes you made to the driver profile are back to standard.
Check if you have the latest drivers installed. There's a new one since yesterday or so. It helped me once with DXHR, so you might try it.

Also, try setting SSAO to normal, I get stutter from SSAO on high (but then I'm nowhere near your hardware).
I know your system should be able to handle high just fine, but the visual difference isn't that big.

Edit: If you want to try and revert back to the old version, you can try Windows 7's backup feature. Find the DX folder, right click on it, choose "Restore previous version". Maybe it helps, it seemed to help some people when Skyrim got broken by a patch for them.

*Verified game cache , no issues found
*Checked if i had anything forced in Nvidia Control Panel and nope everything is in default
*Already have latest WHQL drivers , 301.42
*Tried setting SSAO and every other setting to lowest , still same bs performance, all my other games work perfect.

Ill try to revert it back to previous version and see what happens.
Will report back

I dont know what i did but it worked. I did your suggestion to do a version restore and miraculously it worked, it doesn't really make sense why it worked though because the restore version was the same patched one, my system didn't get to save Deus Ex before the new patch rolled out so i basically just copied the same exact version, but somehow it worked, my performance now is good.

My performance is good but its still not completely perfect, i still get the odd stutter here and here, but now its not just stuttering without affecting my performance, now its actually dropping the frames down in split seconds when it stutters, but most of the time it is at steady 60 so i guess that's fine.

Thank you for your replies and i think that restore thing did the trick, i dont exactly know how it helped but it worked so thank you.
