For those with lag problems with the latest patch

The problem: when playing, the game would slowly get more and more laggy (not really noticeable until after a few minutes), eventually dropping to single digit FPS. Alt-tabbing would fix the problem temporarily

Updating my NVIDIA drivers to 301.42 appears to have fixed this for me
