Tracking Hayamoto all zeroes problem

Hi everyone. I'm going for a Silent Assassin/Suit Only/All Zeroes/No Glitches run of this and am using the Fugu fish method. Sneaking in, placing the poisoned fish and transmitter and sneaking out is no problem (though it takes a while) but whenever I end the mission I always get "Alerts: 1". For some reason "Warning: Guards have found the body of Hayamoto Jr." counts as a warning here, whereas in Anatema for example it doesn't matter whether the Don's body is found or not (I got all zeroes there even though the body was found).

Is it a bug? I thought that targets aren't supposed to count towards any warnings.
