More information on PC IO please

IO community reps,

I am very confused when it comes to the PC version of Hitman Absolution. Right now, every website (gamestop, amazon) that are offering the digital download for Hitman have no mention of the Hitman Sniper mission nor do they mention any specific pre-order gear like guns/suits.

Can you please explain to your loyal PC base on how we are going to be able to play the Sniper mission on Steam? Does this require us to pre-order the game on Steam? Can we pre-order from Amazon? etc

Are PC owners going to be receiving any pre-order bonus content similar to the console version as well? Thanks for your time.
