[help] Batman AA doen't start !

When I click to launch Batman AA on steam, this message appears : "Has encountered a problem... and I hve to close the game.
In the computer management I have this :

Windows 7 64bits
My drivers are updated and I have already try to reinstall.

Problem solved :
"J'ai enfin trouvé d'où venait le problème, pour moi ça à marché en espérant que ça marche pour vous aussi.
Alors allez créer un dossier " Mes documents " dans n'importe quel partition (pour moi c'est la partition (B ), ensuite allez dans le registre pour ceci ouvrez le bouton Windows dans exécuter tapez regedit ensuite suivi ce chemin: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ User Shell Folders, ici changez la valeur de Personal (clic droit, modifier), puis mettez " Mes documents " (exemple B:\Mes documents).

Voilà normalement le jeu devrait se lancer sans aucune erreur, bon jeu à vous ."
