Minimum Requirements Met but can't play game?

I have a Dell XPS 2nd Gen,
Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 2.13GHz,
2.1 GHz Performance Rated at: 3.15 GHz,
RAM 2.1 GB,
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (build 2600),
GeForce Go 6800 Ultra video card.
Video RAM 486.0 MB
Hardware T&L Yes
Pixel Shader version 3.0
Vertex Shader version 3.0

I found the ini file that list this video card as tested. When I run the BmStartApp.exe for the first time, the setup screen appears but indicates the following:

MULTI SAMPLE ANTI-ALIASING < NVIDIA (TM) 8000+ REQUIRED >

NVIDIA STEREOSCOPIC 3D < GEFORCE 8800+ REQUIRED >

Is it because of my video card? It meets the minimum requirements! Thoughts?
