Catastrophic Error on install

Hey everyone,

I'm sorry to bother you all. I've looked everywhere, through google, on these boards, even tried contacting 2 different support teams. No one can help me. Thought maybe someone here could.
I just bought both Batman's off of Gamefly while they were both cheap.
Downloaded, and installed City and have no issues playing.
However, Asylum won't even install. It has some Catastrophic Error about 45% of the way through installation. Same place every time (I think there's a guy in riot gear on screen when it does crash).
I've turned off my firewall, my anti-virus, tried everything I can think of to get it to install.
Please help me. I really want to get this to work.
