Default Corrupt texture data passed into PCTexture constructor! (Error message)

Anyone know a fix for this? The game always crashes with this error every time I try to start the 2nd level.

Thanks in advance.

Be sure to update all drivers. And of course you should have a legal version of the game, illegal ones always have too many problems...

At the risk of being accused of pirating this game,(as well as stealing my PC, monitor,OS and everything else I have).
Has anyone found a real solution to " Corrupt texture data passed into PCTexture constructor!"
this issue just started up recently after a few months of playing and after completing the game I made it to 2nd level of the game and now it won't start because of this issue.
Thank You

OK, so the only help from this whole site is "update drivers" and "you should have a legal version" ?
Thanks for nothing.
