Bertrand and Stephen Russel

I know that stephen russel does the voice for karras. but when i heard Bertrand Russel (a brilliant philosopher, to say the least) speak, the first thing that came to my mind was karras!

but listen to this mans voice....and tell me he doesnt sound like karras!

plus they have the same last name so i thought they might be related but i dont know

that is precisley what im saying. ive already done that comparison myself. of course its a little different. but if one person can distort his voice to make it sound strikingly similar to another mans voice who has the same last name.....is it not a practical question to ask if they are related to each other?
