map pack issue

years ago i had the game and the map pack. sold the game or got rid of it but recently bought the game again. i saw that my purchase still showed up for iowa pack and tried to download....it freezes at 49% everytime and shows as corrupt in memory file. i have cleared cache...reformatted hdd....any ideas?
