It could be anything really....I'll take a stab in the dark and want you to try something. I ran into the same problem when I first beat up bane, the video would try to load but would crash all the time. Try this....like i said...its a long shot but right as you walk into in the room....Alt+Tab back to your desktop.Let it sit for like 5 minutes then alt+tab back in after all the semantics have past.Give it a shot and let me know if it crashes while you wait at the desktop.
