JC2 crashes - computer shuts off completely

[EL34xyz]

I saw another similar post and saw that support said to start a new thread
Support also said to send them MSINFO and DXDIAG files via email
I just sent the email to support with the two files attached


JC2 crashes at random times
Screen goes black and computer shuts off completely as if I had shut it down manually or just pulled the power plug.

I have the most recent drivers for the EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 v2 video card
It also did this with two other Nvidia driver versions

I have tried letting JC2 pick the best display options and I have tried the default options
Same thing happens

Note that I just finshed Batman Arkham city twice without one single system problem and no other software I run has problems.
