Black Market Aerial Pack not available (PS3)

Hi,

I checked for downloadable content from the Playstation store (UK) and managed to download and install the Black Market Boom pack, plus the other vehicles, special weapon etc. About 6 separate packs in all. However, there is no aerial pack there. Has it been removed? Or is it only available to download in certain regions? Unless there's something else I'm missing.
