Just cause 2 Steam DLC Not working

I can start the game up and see where i purchased the dlc's in the steam library but its not highlighted in the main menu. Can someone please help me?

i have the same problem, i have purchased the aerial, boom and monstertruck dlc. but they dont show up in the black market dealer window. maby i should reinstall the game?
