I have a problem. I don't understand...
I've been playing TRLE on my Mac G3 on the OS9 version for many years. Since most of the newest levels released are not compatible with Mac, I decided to buy an intel Mac, and install Windows on it. So I downloaded a level and tried to play it. You know, those who are "playable from download"... You don't need the editor to run these. But nothing happened when tried to start the game. ![]() I have an uncle who also has a macpro desktop unit with dedicated memory GPU intel Mac, I asked him to download the same level and try it to see if it would run on his computer, and it worked for him! I run a MacBook Pro 13" 2.7 i7, Intel HD Graphics 3000 shared with main memory. I read on the net that sometimes, level player application doesn't recognize the total video memory for integrated GPU and does not start as well. So, what can I do to solve this issue? Can I run a script or set a pref file to fool the video detect startup check?
