What else got left out on the cutting room floor

How much of this game was left out come launch. I find it hard to believe that so many of the cut scenes were for promotion only.

Like the one where Barret says "I'll take you straight to hell...you'll never find them...", "I'll never stop looking...", "If you wan't to make enemies, try to change something". And there's a scene of AJ taking out soldiers, presumably with Barett there. AJ does that augmented face palm thing =P where he spins the guy around. Also Barett smashes him in the chest. And what about all those Icarus scenes? There's a scene of Yelena decloaking in the streets...

And the advertisements, are any of those in the game?

thank god at least "I never asked for this" made it into the game!
