D Project Achievement bug

I beat the game earlier today, and waited through the credit sequence. At the end, I saw the text for the post-credit sequence, but heard no voices. In fact, I saw nothing but the 'Deus Ex: Human Revolution' image during the entire sequence. Also, I was not awarded the achievement. I have tried checking the integrity of the game files and did it again, to no avail.

For whatever reason, I get no voiceovers, no image of Bob, and no achievement.
