Tomb Raider 3 In windowed mode?

Is it possible to run Tomb Raider 3 in windowed mode? I'm running it on Vista with all relevant patches and it runs fine. I just can't figure out how to run it in a window instead of fullscreen.

My game shortcut properties are:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Core Design\Tomb Raider III\tomb3.exe" -w

which is the same as other games I play, but for some reason this just won't work! I've tried various compatibility modes without any luck. Any help would be much appreciated.
