EDIT: Joe Crow, this is how I got the Denton text.

First, install the Denton Text from the pack on the first page of the Thread

Then, in the .ini of, let's say, Systeminformation, change "FontName=" to "FontName=Denton"

That is what I done, and it worked, if you aren't sure where to put it (There are quite a few FontName=) then add Denton, save it, refresh the Application and see what changed, but, obviously, back up the .ini before you change anything, that's what I done.
Thank you. Where should the Denton font file be stored? Maybe that's the problem.

No probs, indeed it is.

As for the theme, well even though some are able to do it i think it's normal that we can't.. A quick google search will show that it's not usually possible to change the logon sound without some tweaking. USUALLY.. And apparently in our cases.

Yea, I think we just got unlucky.

With the Denton Font file, Right Click it then press "Install", after that, you can delete the file, it's installed on your PC, then, just put Denton behind the "FontName="

I've installed it, placed "Denton" where needed and still nothing :\ I'll keep trying. Not sure what to try though.

EDIT: The font has come up on most of the widgets now Google, Recycle Bin, Enhanced Clock and Disc still need tinkering with.

I had a HUGE problem with the font. I installed it and everything and refreshed all the skins and nothing changed. What finally solved the issue was to go into the rainmeter control panel and restart the program. I'm sure shutting it down and starting up again would work as well but that's what finally worked.

Bros, where can I get the background pic with the hex grid? It's not in the zip linked on p1.

Here's my desktop.

Thanks to KingNL, & Charadesmith for the countdown timer

Hey Gaughranorama, can you reupload the ".wav" you used for the theme, just so I can try it too?

To PhoenixFiring, this is what I told someone else to do, Rainmeter is pretty straight forward so if you need help with that, just ask, but this is how to get the Rocketdrop looking Deus Ex'ish

"EDIT: Coldenhas, this is what I did.

Extract all 3 Rars in the Rocket Dock crap folder, then place the content of "icons" and "Vincent Joya Icons - Deus Ex Addon Icon Pack" into C:\Program Files (x86)\RocketDock\Icons (That's mine, yours may be different).

With the "Samurize-Deus-Ex---Human-Revolution rocket dock theme" folder, place the folder (not the contents) into C:\Program Files (x86)\RocketDock\Skins (Again, that's mine).

Also, inside the "Samurize-Deus-Ex---Human-Revolution rocket dock theme", extract the "Samurize Deus Ex - Human Revolution Icons" Rar and place the icons inside C:\Program Files (x86)\RocketDock\Icons.

Then, if you want to change the picture of an Icon on Rocketdock, Right-click the Icon then click Icon Settings and choose the picture of it there."

EDIT: HAHAHA DISREGARD THAT, I SUCK C***S

Figured it out, just delete the code in the .ini
Maybe rainmeter isn't that straight forward but I haven't the slightest clue what to do with that either. I got the rocketdock icons to change (although I'll have to make more for my other things but thats a different thing altogether).

hey I just changed the "log off session" sound of windows to a 165ko .wav file and it works. So...regarding the "deux ex theme song" file.. it might be because it is too big or it is not really a .wav file. :l

Here's mine so far

Problems remaining:
No Denton font on "Custom Clock and Date", "Google" and "Recycle Bin".
I can't get the song info appearing at the top left, only volume.

Charadesmith: 165ko (kilo octet) is the size of the .wav file i tried.

Okay now, I succeed to play a 3,87 Mo (Mega octet.. Megabyte is the same) as the "log in session" sound.. Apparently, you can't use a wave file with a size that exceeds 4 Mo/Mb... :l

I have windows 7, x64, but my laptop had Vista as its operating system before... maybe that explains something...

Joe Crow: To have the Denton font on those windows, you'll have to open their .ini files and look for "fontName=".

& You'll have to write it like this: "fontName=Denton"
As for the media player with the volume control, the media player doesn't show because you don't have "Winamp" or "KMPlayer". It only works when you have one of these programs currently playing.

This program looks great! Does it function with eyefinity?

I'm using 5760x1080 resolution and its hard enough to find desktop backgrounds for it, any suggestions on images i could use to compliment the change, or do you think i would need to edit pictures to mesh well with the resolution size?

What can i use to cut a portion of an audio file? I installed Live Movie maker thinking that it lets you (the old one did) but it doesn't support audio files. The hell...

I downloaded Audacity 1.3 Beta to do so.. I've no idea if it's good or not, but it does the job we want.
Here it is.

You'll have to open the file, then select the part that you want to keep & then "Export" it as another wave file. Make sure it's not too big. And if you knew how it basically worked, then nevermind (:

just an idea, but it would be really cool if someone made a custom cursor to go along with this whole set up.

Okay, this is how you get Rainmeter up and working (keep in mind if you want it to be a specific way, you'll have to tinker with it, of course, if you don't want to, many people in this Thread will be happy to give your their .ini files).

Download Deus Rice pack (http://www.mediafire.com/?5r94krrk3ud7q5d), extract it, inside Copy "Rainmeter rubbish" then Paste it into C:\Users\The77's\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins (That's mine, yours will be different).

Then, Right-click Rainmeter in your Taskbar, go to Configs, a drop down menu will appear, go to "Rainmeter rubbish", another drop down menu will appear, then choose what Applications you want to display on your Desktop.

If you need any more help, or didn't understand anything, just say.

EDIT: Final Desktop (I think)
