Help Me please guys Oh and i am new haha

Hi i am new and I just buyed just cause 1 and I have
windows 7 ultimate
GeForce GTS 250
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU 2.94GHz
32-bit
RAM:4.00GB
When I start to play for a while it crashes plz. help

PS Give me a rating of my computer PLz. In a scale from 1-10
