Just brought game and cannot play it @#$@?

Hi,

I just brought JC2 and as soon as it started i knew something was wrong. The voices were out of sync while talking in the helicopter, ... it even started getting shot at like 30 seconds before it showed it on video yet the speech was only out 2 seconds or so. I started mission and caught up with the dead gunner no sweat. But the next part when it says you need to open your parachute i open it and im pretty much near the ground and CANNOT make it to the landing zone, as soon as i land it says im out of the mission zone and fails mission. I have upgraded my video drivert (ATI Radeon) and checked everything else. Even turned all the graphics setting down etc and still nothing,.... its starting to piss me off i wanna play it. hope someone has had this before so i can get a quick fix....
