Just Cause 2 Vehicle spazz help!

Somtimes when i am playing jc2 a limo or a truck drives by having a sezure, and it mostly happens when i am in the fast agency car or trucks and limos. it is really hard to drive and somtimes it happens when i am taking off a plane! it is getting very hard to drive and is very annoying because it shakes my camera like the car! The glitch also mostly happens when i call it in from the helicopter. I will have a video soon i hope, please help me i have been through al most all the forum pages and either noone cares, or its just happening to me!
