having big problems with saved game...

Hello everybody, i am writing to know if is there any solution to my problem.

I was doing 3rd mission, I quick saved, then i go in-out a door. The game crashed, I was not worried about it because was the second time it happends.

Then I went to run my game again. All was perfect exception of the quick saved game. It can't load the game anymore.

I'm so worried about it because was a more-than-one-day game. I was near the end of the mission and I hope I have not to re-play the mission.

Is there any solution to a bad save file?
