PC - game gets choppy when viewing flames

I have quite a high end PC but when I get to the first trap/puzzle with the rotating "flame fountain" the game has "mini" lockups.

What options should I lower or uncheck?

or do I have to play around until I find the solution.

Do these threads get read by mods?

Is there an area to send Eidos a bug?
