Save File Corrupted After DLC

Can anyone help me with my problem....

I downloaded the Doggie Bag tonight and when I went to play K&L2 my save file was corrupted and all my singleplayer, arcade and multiplayer stats were wiped and returned to as if I had never played the game before...

I went from mastermind to mugger...all my high scores are completely gone...

I'm gutted after the all the hours I've spent playing this game...

I would have thought that all multiplayer stats would have been saved to my xbox live profile....Is there any way I would be able to get these stats back?

Any help would be appreciated.......
