HELP!!!! cutscene audio just wont come right!!!

I NEED HELP

I'm suffering from the cutscene audio stutter that some users have experienced.
ive been searching for a solutions for two weeks now and no luck.
eidos is no help, and give terrible solutions that seem to have nothing to do with the problem.
IO hasn't even bothered to reply at all.
the trick of adjusting the sound hardware acceleration in dxdiag and that didn't help either.
Im a gamer and PC technician that has manage to get gamers to run on different machines for years......but not mini ninja`s.

Any suggestions would be truly and honestly be appreciated. ive been wanting to play this game for ages.
