crash benchmark and game

Hi guys

I have a problem with that game.
I bought this game on dl gamer so it's not a disc version.
On my dl gamer account there is no patch.
So i use the official patch from eidos.
When I try to run the benchmark It always crashes to the same scene and I get this error message :


This error message also appears from the very beginning of the game.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall PhysX but same old song .. It did not work.
My PhysX software version is 9.10.0129
I have a GTX 480 and I tried with and without the 480 patch (RRB.DLL) ... and I still get the same result ...
I turn on fresh install of win 7 64b
Can you help me ?
