How can i link my Windows Live ID?

I currently have JC2 for the PC. I'm linked with Steam and i would like to also use Windows Live with JC2.

Currently i have my Windows Live linked with my 360 Gamertag. JC2 says it supports Live but i haven't had any luck trying to use it with JC2.
